About the Role

As a **Senior Business Consultant**, you will have a crucial role in helping Assetmax customers integrate, expand, and optimize the use of our solutions smoothly. Your tasks will involve assisting new clients, overseeing projects, and **acting as a subject matter expert** for client inquiries. Collaborating closely with our development and content teams to create tailored solutions that meet our customers' specific needs.

Your responsibilities in this role include:

  • Assisting Infront customers with implementing, expanding, and utilizing Assetmax.
  • Coordinating the onboarding process for new customers, which includes project management.
  • Being the primary point of contact for customer inquiries.
  • Addressing customers' expansion needs by adjusting configurations and utilizing our proprietary programming language.
  • Working in tandem with the Development, Data Management, and Content departments to customize solutions according to customer requirements.
  • Collaborating with Sales/Pre-Sales on a daily basis.
  • Contributing to product management by defining requirements for our solution's continuous improvement.
  • Providing product training sessions for customers and colleagues.
Who you are
  • You are a well-organized team player and excel in communication.
  • You hold a degree in business administration, IT, or a related field.
  • You possess experience in market data and portfolio management systems or have a keen interest in acquiring such expertise.
  • You are tech-savvy.
  • You are service-oriented with a **consultative approach**.
  • Experience or understanding of regulatory mandates for asset managers is advantageous.
  • You are proficient in English and German, both at a business fluent level.
