Mystery Shopper

In our team in Switzerland, we are regularly looking for motivated and dedicated individuals to support us in two key areas:

• As a Test Purchaser, you will conduct test purchases with teenagers to ensure compliance with youth protection laws. You will visit various retail stores as part of our team to verify that no alcoholic beverages, tobacco products, or media are sold to minors.

• As a Mystery Shopper, you will be responsible for verifying the correct implementation of promotions in a retail store. Your role will involve inspecting various displays in retail stores to ensure that promotions are correctly executed.

Location: throughout Switzerland

Workload irregular, around 10 to 20 hours per month

• Route planning
• Conducting test purchases with teenagers to ensure compliance with youth protection laws or
• Performing promo checks to verify the correct implementation of promotions
• Documenting the results of test purchases/promo checks
