Ein Tag im Leben eines Brand Managers:
- Entwicklung der Marketingstrategien für seine Marke und verantwortlich für deren operative Umsetzung im Markt.
- Gestalten des gesamten Marketing-Mix inkl. Produkt- und Sortimentsgestaltung und Kommunikations- Kampagnen.
- Kontinuierliche Analyse der Marktentwicklungen und der Konsumentendaten (z.B. Handels- und Konsumentenpaneldaten, ad-hoc Marktforschungen)
- Leiten des Innovationsprozesses (Design thinking) und erarbeiten von Konzepten und Produktideen auf Basis von Konsumentenbedürfnissen für erfolgreiche Markteinführungen
- Budgetverantwortung für die folgenden Leistungsgrössen: Marketinginvestitionen, Rentabilität auf Stufe Deckungsbeitrag, Marktanteile und Volumen.
- Controlling der gesetzten Ziele und Massnahmen und Einleiten von Korrekturmassnahmen.
- Zielgerichtete, enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Business-Zentrale, Verkaufsabteilung, dem Controlling und internen Servicestellen.
- Management des "Working Capital" (z.B. Promotions- und Verpackungsmaterialien).
Was bringst Du mit, um erfolgreich in diesem Job zu sein:
- Universitäts- oder Fachhochschulabschluss in Betriebswirtschaft (oder Master Universitäts- oder Fachhochschulabschluss in Wirtschaftswissenschaften/Betriebswirtschaft).
- Ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und die Bereitschaft anzupacken.
- Pragmatisches, unternehmerisches Denken sowie Resultats orientiert.
- Sehr gute konzeptionelle und analytische Fähigkeiten.
- Strukturierter, konsequenter und ausdauernder Arbeitsstil.
- Fähigkeiten im Team Lösungen zu erarbeiten und durchzusetzen.
- Fliessend Deutsch; sehr gute Englisch- und/oder Französischkenntnisse.
- Erste praktische Erfahrung in einer Marketingposition sehr erwünscht.
- Affinität zu Lebensmitteln und Frischprodukten.
