Wir suchen Sie als Project Controls Manager (m/w/d) im Bereich "Life Science", (Projekte Pharmazie-, Laborbau, etc.) in Basel:
Sie unterstützen unsere internationalen Auftraggeber bei der Steuerung komplexer Hochbauprojekte; insbesondere aus dem Bereich "Life Science", Pharmazie-, Laborbau, etc. Sie überwachen und bewerten die Finanz- und Termintreue der Investitionsvorhaben im Einklang mit standardisierten Projektmanagement- und Controlling-Prozessen; hierbei wenden Sie Methoden zur zukunftsbezogenen Früherkennung von potentiellen Abweichungen an und veranlassen Korrekturmaßnahmen. Sie überwachen die Ist-Kosten und vergleichen diese mit den Plandaten und Budgets; Sie erstellen regelmäßige Reportings wie Projekt-Monats-, Quartalsberichte sowie den Projektabschlussbericht. In Ihrer Schnittstellenfunktion fördern Sie die konstruktive und professionelle Zusammenarbeit zwischen dem Projektteam und den beteiligten Fachabteilungen (Einkauf, Finance, etc.).Qualifications
Studium mit technischem Bezug min. 7 Jahre Erfahrung in der Projektsteuerung oder im Project Controls von komplexen Hochbauprojekten; insbesondere aus dem Bereich "Life Science", Pharmazie, Laborbau, etc. Anwenderkenntnisse von Steuerungen/allgemeinen Software-applikationen wie Primavera (P6), Power BI, Microsoft Office gute Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Engineering, Procurement, Verträge, Bau und Inbetriebnahme. Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch Flexibilität in Bezug auf Reisen; auch bei zunehmendem Maß an Remote-Arbeit, brauchen wir Ihre Bereitschaft, bei Bedarf zu den Kundenstandorten zu reisen.Additional Information
