Marketing Operations Manager

Your mission is to build scalable marketing processes and support the commercial organization with data driven insights.

  • You analyze existing structures and elevate outcomes through continuous improvements.
  • You analyze processes, and fill gaps with new structures.
  • You define and implement marketing KPIs and support the marketing strategy with data driven insights.
  • You own the marketing tech stack together with our technical team.
  • You hold a bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a related field. Salesforce certifications are a big plus.
  • You bring at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • You have expertise in marketing technology (ideally Pardot) and possess knowledge of lead nurturing and lead scoring.
  • You are a professional in accountbased marketing (personbased marketing is a plus).
  • You have strong analytical skills and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves when it comes to data analysis.
  • You are adaptable to changing environments, bring a strong desire to collaborate and contribute to the team with a good sense of humor and you communicate effectively in English.
