In dieser verantwortungsvollen Funktion schaffen Sie die passenden Strukturen und Rahmenbedingungen für eine optimale Zusammenarbeit mit den unterschiedlichsten Stakeholdern. Sie analysieren die Beschaffungskosten und erarbeiten geeignete Methoden/Prozesse zur Senkung sowie Optimierung der Ausgaben. Zudem pflegen Sie das bestehende internationale Lieferantennetzwerk und bauen dieses sinnvoll aus. Fortlaufend schulen und coachen Sie die Projektverantwortlichen in Einkaufsthemen, wobei Sie bei komplexen Beschaffungen und beim Einkauf von Dienstleistungen, Produkten und Komponenten unterstützend zur Verfügung stehen. Dank Ihrer langjährigen Erfahrung sind Sie zudem ein wichtiges Mitglied bei der Optimierung interner Prozesse (bereichsübergreifend). Um diese spannende Herausforderung optimal zu meistern, bringen Sie eine betriebswirtschaftliche oder technische Grundausbildung mit, idealerweise ergänzt mit einer Weiterbildung als Einkaufsfachfrau / Einkaufsfachmann. Denkbar ist auch eine kaufmännische/BWL Aus
- oder Weiterbildung mit jahrelanger Praxis als Einkäufer. Sie können auf einige Jahre Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Tätigkeit im Bauumfeld zurückgreifen, welche Sie idealerweise in einem internationalen Umfeld gesammelt haben. Stilsicheres Deutsch und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind essenziell. Sie sind zudem ein gut organisierter, zielorientierter Teamplayer, der auf allen Hierarchieebenen erfolgreich kommunizieren kann.
