Ihre Aufgaben:
- Als Diversity-Beauftragte:r für eine hindernisfreie Hochschule spielen Sie eine Schlüsselrolle in der Weiterentwicklung der ZHAW als barrierefreie Bildungseinrichtung.
- Sie unterstützen die Gleichstellung von Mitarbeitenden, Studierenden und Weiterbildungsteilnehmenden mit Behinderungen und chronischen Krankheiten durch strukturelle, prozessuale, kulturelle und didaktische Maßnahmen.
Fachverantwortung für die strukturelle Hindernisfreiheit an der ZHAW:
- Erstellung von Grundlagen und Lösungen in Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Organisationseinheiten zu Bauten, Infrastruktur, ICT, Hindernisfreie Lehre/Didaktik, usw.
- Initiierung von Projekten und Sensibilisierungsmaßnahmen wie dem Kompetenzaufbau für Hindernisfreie Didaktik und der Assistenz.
Stellvertretung für den Nachteilsausgleich:
- Unterstützung der Diversity-Beauftragten für den Nachteilsausgleich, Beratung von Antragsteller:innen und gemeinsame Bearbeitung von Schnittstellenthemen.
Mitarbeit im Beratungsteam:
- Teilnahme am Beratungsteam mit Schwerpunkt auf Beratung von Hochschulangehörigen mit Behinderungen und Fachberatung von Organisationseinheiten.
Die Stabsstelle Diversity besteht aus einem Team von vier Personen, darunter drei Diversity-Beauftragten und der Leiterin, die jeweils für ihre Schwerpunktthemen verantwortlich sind und sich gegenseitig unterstützen.
Liste Ihrer zusätzlichen Aufgaben:
- Verantwortung für weitere Diversity-Themen je nach Eignung und Bedarf.
- Übernahme von weiteren Beratungstätigkeiten bei Konflikten, Diskriminierung oder Vereinbarkeit.
- Koordinative, administrative und kommunikative Aufgaben, einschließlich Koordination der Kommission Diversity und Mitarbeit in Gremien.
Sie haben die Möglichkeit, je nach Absprache sowohl vor Ort in Winterthur als auch im Home Office zu arbeiten.
Ihr Profil:
- Sie verbinden praxisorientierte Fachexpertise zur Gleichstellung von Menschen mit Behinderungen mit einem breiten, intersektionalen Diversity-Verständnis.
- Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung:
- Hochschulabschluss und relevante Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise im Bildungs- oder Verwaltungsbereich.
- Erfahrung und Freude an der Beratungstätigkeit in einem institutionellen Umfeld.
Arbeitsweise:
- Selbständigkeit, strategisches Vorgehen und adressatengerechte Kommunikation.
- Kooperationsfähigkeit, Rollenverständnis und Umgang mit Widerstand und Spannungsfeldern.
- Empathie, Selbstreflexion, vermittelnde Fähigkeiten und Verständnis für institutionelle Rahmenbedingungen im Beratungskontext.
- Bereitschaft zur Einarbeitung in neue Themen, Selbstorganisation und kritisches Denken.
- Vorliebe für vielfältige Aufgaben, Interesse an Feedback und eine positive Teamkultur.
