Tasks

• Responsibility for storing and providing packaging materials and auxiliary substances including chemicals
• Operation, conversion, and monitoring of the glass line
• Ensuring compliance with Q-standards including correctly completed production documents
• General cleaning work
• Responsibility for order and cleanliness in the production area
• Professional guidance and training for new employees or further development of existing employees
• Feedback on production orders and goods receipts in SAP
• Active participation in the continuous improvement of operations in line with the "RAMSEIER Production System"
• Communication and collaboration with internal organizational units upstream and downstream

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training (ideally as a plant operator EFZ, in a technical profession, or as a food technologist EFZ)
• Experience in plant operation in the food industry Strong sense of order, cleanliness, and safety
• Leadership experience advantageous
• Day shift (start of work at 05:00 a.m.)
• High flexibility regarding work assignments
• German mother tongue or very good knowledge in understanding as well as in speaking and writing (at least B2)
• Resilient, team-oriented personality
• Own vehicle available (mobile)
