• The FIFA Museum celebrates and safeguards football heritage and culture to share the magic of the game with the entire world. With exceptional exhibitions, unique original objects, fascinating stories, multimedia and interactive experiences as well as thought-provoking cultural and educational programs, the home of football history is a lively and passionate platform for fans and visitors to meet, connect and engage with each other.
• For our VR experience and the other play areas in the museum, we are looking for a committed and motivated
  VR Host / Museum Visitor Support (M/F/d), 20-60% with immediate effect or by arrangement.
• With your open and friendly nature, you will inspire our guests from young to old and, with your creativity and enthusiasm, you will be primarily responsible for the host role and coordination of the VR experience. You will help to ensure that the museum visit remains an unforgettable experience for everyone.
• The assignments are flexible, on call, paid by the hour and mainly take place from Friday to Sunday.

• Support for visitors to the VR Experience
• Welcoming and instructing visitors on how to use the VR equipment
• Storytelling in the context of the content of the VR experience and the corresponding museum content
• Ensuring a safe and enjoyable VR experience for visitors
• Providing and setting up the VR equipment and hardware
• Checking the functionality and performance of the equipment and systems
• Maintenance and care of the VR equipment
• Troubleshooting technical issues and coordinating with the technical support team
• Cosupervision of the pinball stations in the museum at capacity.
• Additional assignments at events
• Supervision of the entertainment media and reporting any defects or faults to the supervisor
• Contact person for emergencies or problems on site, crisis management and forwarding to the person responsible

• Strong presentation skills, selfconfident demeanor
• Feels comfortable working with digital devices and is techsavvy
• Outgoing and resilient
• Stamina and ability to remain calm in hectic situations

• Flexibility in working hours as well as regular and reliable commitment; especially at weekends
• Very good knowledge of German, good knowledge of English, any other language is an advantage

With numerous attractions, audio-visual content and varied exhibition areas that are also intended to stimulate reflection, the museum shows the global influence of football.

A permanent exhibition area of around 3,000 square metres is available on three levels and comprises more than 1,000 exhibits in an interactive, multimedia world of experience.

In addition, the museum offers an exciting cultural program and an educational program for families with children and school classes.

• Our FIFA Museum team is just as unique as our exhibitions and events program. Around 80 employees are currently working for the museum. They represent different nationalities, various professional backgrounds and numerous languages. They are united by their shared passion, love and enthusiasm for football and culture.
