Responsibilities:
- Set-up, modify, and oversee client fee exceptions based on RM's requests
- Perform thorough validation of requests carried out by team members
- Conduct follow-ups on pending fee setups or requests
- Develop and maintain templates for fee exceptions
- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly reports proactively
- Oversee quarterly billing tasks, including diverse use cases and manual billing exceptions
- Handle accruals computation, booking, and invoicing for externally booked clients
- Engage in the bank's repricing initiatives and other impactful projects for the Tariff team
Requirements:
- Diploma in finance or a related field
- Fluency in French and English
- Proficiency in Finance, particularly in trading and custody processes. Basic knowledge of financial products is essential
- Comfortable working with numbers
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, especially Microsoft Excel
- Detail-oriented and inquisitive mindset
