**Sales Manager (m/w/d %**:

**Dein zukünftiger Alltag**:

- Du trägst aktiv zum Wachstum unserer Firma bei, indem du neue Kunden akquirierst
- Du betreust Bestandskunden, pflegst Kundenbeziehungen und baust diese aus
- Du sorgst für die reibungslose Umsetzung der Projekte in Bezug auf Zeit und Budget, und stehst in engem Austausch mit Kunden und internen Teams
- Du kalkulierst und erstellst Angebote und führst Vertragsverhandlungen mit dem Kunden
- Du führst ein professionelles Sales-Pipeline-Management im CRM
- Du bereitest Kundentermine und -workshops vor und führst sie durch
- Du nimmst an Branchenveranstaltungen und Messen teil
- Du gestaltest aktiv Verkaufsförderungsmassnahmen

**Das bringst Du mit**:

- Sales-Talent mit viel Freude am Kundenkontakt, Kundenbetreuung und verhandlungssicheren Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Berufserfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung (mindestens 3 Jahre)
- ausgeprägtes Interesse für Entwicklungen und Trends in der Medienbranche, insbesondere für digitale Medien und Social Media
- Kundenorientierung, Einfühlungsvermögen in die Kundenbedürfnisse
- Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Entscheidungsfreude
- sicherer Umgang mit dem MS-Office-Paket sowie Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen
- exzellente Deutsch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, gute Englisch-Kenntnisse und Französisch
- oder Italienisch-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
