As a Sales Professional, you'll hold the key to unlocking success for GM and Independent Aftersales Market (IAM) stores.


As the linchpin between GM and our valued partners, you'll be at the forefront of driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

Your mission? To elevate the Cadillac experience by nurturing relationships, maximizing sales opportunities, and ensuring top-notch service at every turn.

Champion Excellence: Be the guiding light for our customers offering invaluable mentorship and consulting to exceed sales and service objectives.

Navigate Customer Satisfaction: Chart the course for success by tracking Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and utilizing customer feedback to steer us towards excellence.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive sales,
  • Strongly preferred experience in electrical vehicle sales
  • Indepth knowledge of the automobile industry, including current market trends, brands, and vehicle specifications.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle objections effectively.
  • Selfmotivated and resultsoriented, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
