What you will be doing

• Managing, planning, and leading challenging ETCS projects in an international setting on schedule
• Implementing customer requirements and developing future-oriented modernization solutions in collaboration with the project team
• Leading a motivated project team
• Planning and executing internal engineering activities
• Creating high-quality engineering documentation with the project team, contributing significantly to project success
• Ensuring flawless vehicle quality and timely approval through certification and acceptance activities
• Developing innovative modernization solutions for customers

What we're looking for

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
• Extensive experience in managing complex projects in an international environment
• Long-standing experience in the railway industry or plant construction
• Team player with strong social skills, sense of responsibility, and assertiveness
• Completed business management training is a plus
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Structured, goal-oriented, dynamic, and loyal personality
• Fluent in German and English, additional languages beneficial
• Willingness to travel (20-30%)
