Wir erweitern unser Team und suchen nach Vereinbarung eine:n abenteuerlustige:n Digital Project and Program Manager, der/die als Hauptansprechpartner:in und verantwortliche:r Projektmanager digitale Marketing und Kommunikationsprojekte umsetzt. Die erfolgreichen Implementierungen der Dienstleistungen von Kingfluencers zeichnen sich durch einfache bis komplexe Aktivierungen von mehreren Kommunikationskanälen mit einer Vielzahl an involvierten Stakeholdern aus.

**Das sind deine Aufgaben & entsprechend hast du auch die Skills dafür**:

- Du liebst sorgfältige Planung und Durchführung von Kunden
- und internen digitalen Marketing Projekten mit Fokus auf Social Media und Advocacy Marketing.
- Leitung verschiedenster Dienstleistungsangeboten im Bereich Digital Influence triggern dich
- Du agierst als Hub für alle an den Projekten beteiligten Stakeholder und übernimmst das aktive Management
- Die aktive Rolle bei der Etablierung einer professionellen Projektmanagementkultur spornt dich an
- Du übernimmst die Erstellung eines charakteristischen Projektmanagement-Ansatzes für alle Kundenprojekte, inklusive klarer Zeitpläne, Aufgaben und Vorgängen
- Die Etablierung von diesem Projektmanagement-Ansatz motiviert dich genauso wie die Verantwortung der Umsetzung, der Kontrolle und des Reportings.
- Du kennst dich mit professionellen Projektmanagement-Tools aus und fühlst dich auch mit Excel wohl
- Mit Definieren und Einhalten von effizienten Kommunikationsstrukturen, sowie Budget und Kostenkontrolle kennst du dich aus
- Ziele und Erwartungen setzen und die Erreichung von KPIs anzustreben, lassen dich zur Höchstform auflaufen
- Du nutzt dein Wissen und die Fähigkeit neue Erkenntnisse zu gewinnen, um die Kingfluencers Dienstleistungen für unsere Kunden konstant zu optimieren
- Mit der technischen Führung von ein bis zwei Projektmanagern und Unterstützung bei Prozessen und Change Management kannst du dich ausleben

**Bist das du?**
- Du hast mindestens drei Jahre relevante Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position
- Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Management) oder Marketing
- Spezialisierung auf digitales Marketing bevorzugt
- Idealerweise Projektmanagement Ausbildung
- Führungserfahrung von Vorteil
- Erfahrung mit Projekten mit direktem Kundenkontakt
- Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse sind ein Muss. Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (C1/C2) für regelmässigen schriftlichen und mündlichen Kontakt
