Your Responsibilities
- Greet and provide expert advice to our discerning Swiss and international customers when purchasing high-end brand name watches and jewelry, delivering premium service.
- Build, develop, and retain our customer base.
- Act as an ambassador for one or more brands, analyze and manage inventory quantities, and ensure a premium product presentation.
- Utilize the Salesforce management system for data management and quality assurance.
- Handle various administrative tasks related to sales, including emails, after-sales service management, inventory, merchandise transfer, and reception.
- Maintain seamless information flow among colleagues and provide active support.
- Stay updated on trends and participate in training to stay at the forefront of key aspects of your profession.
Your Skills
- Passion for watches, jewelry, and accessories.
- Several years of experience in selling watches and/or jewelry, luxury services, or high-end hospitality.
- Strong customer service orientation and outstanding client focus.
- Ideally completed training as a Retail Sales Manager with a focus on watch and jewelry sales consulting.
- Native French speaker with excellent English proficiency; additional languages are a plus.
- Proficient in managing computer systems.
- Stand out for your professionalism, attention to detail, and client-centric approach.
- Strong sense of responsibility, excellent teamwork skills, and flexibility.
- Well-groomed and professional appearance.
