Producer Video and Audio Visuals (m/w/d)

**Ihre Aufgaben**:
Umsetzung einer ganzheitlichen Designstrategie und Übersetzung der Unternehmensziele in Ton und Bild zur internationalen Stärkung der Marke Empira
Entwurf und Ausführung von Video und Audio Content zur Schaffung einer klaren visuellen Identität und im Einklang mit der Marke Empira
Selbstständige Abbildung der Produktion, von Locationscreening bis hin zur Regie und Nachbearbeitung
Verständnis abteilungsspezifischer Botschaften und Visualisierung dieser in eindrückliche Bilder, Videos, Grafiken und Animationen für on
- und offline Kanäle
Ausbau und Pflege der Beziehung zu unseren Investoren durch einen kohärenten Onlineauftritt zur Stärkung unseres Employer Brandings
Recherche und Umsetzung aktueller Trends für eine kundenorientierte Kommunikation

**Ihre Qualifikation**:
Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder eidgenössische Fachausbildung im Bereich Grafik
- oder Kommunikationsdesign oder eine vergleichsbare Qualifikation
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position
Ausgeprägtes Verständnis und Leidenschaft für Digital
- und Markendesign sowie digitale Medien
Ausführliche Erfahrung mit Motion Design Software wie Adobe AE, Premier Pro, Cinema 4D, Affinity, etc.
Erfahrung in der Leitung kreativer Projekte sowie Hands-On-Mentalität
Gewissenhafte und kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit einer umsetzungsorientierten und strategisch kreativen Denkweise
Selbständige, lösungsorientierte sowie kreative Arbeitsweise mit einem Gespür für Typo und Bild
Sehr gute Kenntnisse der deutschen und englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift
