Um unser kontinuierliches organisches Wachstum voranzutreiben, suchen wir ständig nach hochqualifizierten Fachkräften. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in der Abteilung R&D V suchen wir eine/n engagierte/n Chemiker/in mit Promotion.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Verfahrensoptimierungen und der Bearbeitung von Forschung
- und Entwicklungsprojekten im Bereich der Peptidsynthese
- Herstellung von Peptiden, unter Einsatz von komplexen technischen Anlagen
- Exakte und lückenlose Dokumentation der durchgeführten Arbeiten
- Selbständige Erarbeitung von zielführenden Lösungen bei chemischen oder verfahrenstechnischen Herausforderungen
- Ansprechpartner/in für die Überführung von R&D-Projekten in die Grossproduktion (Scale-up)

**Ihr Profil**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Chemie (FH / Uni) ggf. mit Promotion
- Praktische Erfahrungen in der präparativen organischen Chemie
- Eigenständiges, projektbezogenes sowie konzeptionelles und analytisches Arbeiten
- Flair im Umgang mit technische Anlagen
- Verantwortungsbewusste, zuverlässige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Teamplayer mit hoher Kommunikations
- und Sozialkompetenz

**Wünschenswert**:

- Erfahrungen auf dem Gebiet der Peptidherstellung
- Erste (Berufs-)Erfahrungen im GMP Umfeld
