What you will be doing:

• Utilize your expertise to develop the Safety, Quality, and Environment area in collaboration with your team members.
• Take responsibility for regulations and control in the safety field at CFF Cargo.
• Provide services and support to internal stakeholders in collaboration with your colleagues.
• Develop programs and tools to enhance safety at CFF Cargo with your team.
• Actively engage within CFF and contribute to a consistent implementation of safety within the 'OneSBB' framework.

What you bring:

• Personal initiative, a motivated work approach, and the ability to empower others characterize you.
• A good balance between persuasion and social intelligence, combined with excellent written and verbal communication skills to achieve your goals.
• Rely on qualified specialized skills, with approximately 3 to 5 years of experience in management and professional safety or operational safety.
• Have completed a professional training (CFC) or a higher education diploma (HF level) or higher.
• Have very good knowledge of German (written and oral, C1 level) as well as good knowledge of a second national language (French or Italian, minimum B1 level) to complement your profile.
