Montieren und demontieren von Flugzeug
- Triebwerken (PW4000, PW1100G-JM, CFM56 & LEAP)
- Technische und administrative Erledigung aller ihm zugewiesenen Tätigkeiten nach Vorschriften
- Termingerechten Durchführung der zugeteilten Arbeit sowie Sicherstellung der Arbeitsqualität
- Anwendung von Lean Methode
- Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der auszuführenden Prozesse mit dem Ziel, die Qualität und Sicherheit zu verbessern
- Umweltbewusstes Handhaben der Betriebsmittel (Ressourcen)
- Selbständiges Arbeiten sowie wirtschaftliches Denken und Handeln

Ihr Profil
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufslehre, bevorzugt als Polymechaniker, KFZ- oder Landmaschinenmechaniker
- Selbständiges, exaktes und verantwortungsbewusstes Arbeiten
- Gute Team
- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Gute gesundheitliche Verfassung, belastbar, flexibel
- Eigenverantwortlichkeit und Selbstmotivation sind eine Selbstverständlichkeit
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Level B1)
- Bereitschaft zum Arbeiten im 2-Schichtbetrieb
