Bookkeeper (80%-100% position)

Overview
We have an excellent opportunity for a Bookkeeper to join an International Group, based in the center of Zurich, who support the Technology industry

This role is available at 80% or 100% workloads

Main responsibilities

  • Maintain all areas of bookkeeping including payables, receivables, banking, credit cards and bank and suppliers' reconciliations.
  • Dealing with multicurrency bookkeeping and exchange rates' adjustments.
  • Perform periodic filings independently to the Swiss tax authorities
  • VAT, income tax, social security etc.
  • Assisting in the preparation of the local payroll

Your skills:

  • 25 years of experience in a similar role
  • Fluent English and German.
  • Hold a Bookkeeping diploma.
  • Strong IT knowledge including Excel and ideally experience of using ERP software.


For this position, we can only consider Swiss nationals, EU citizens or professionals possessing a valid EU / EFTA passport or an existing EU Residency permit.
