**Description du poste** Votre mission**:
Dans le cadre du programme de transformation digitale de notre client impliquant la mise en place d'une nouvelle plateforme bancaire et pour renforcer l'**équipe Synechron Suisse,** nous cherchons **un/une Project Manager / PMO - Infrastructure & Cloud. **La mission est pour l'un de nos clients, **une banque privée genevoise.**
**Vos responsabilités**:
- ** Superviser et coordonner la mise en œuvre de projets transverses** en collaboration avec les chefs de streams fonctionnels du programme, assurant ainsi une exécution efficace et harmonieuse.
- ** Fournir un soutien aux chefs de projets / streams** sur les aspects transversaux du programme de notre client; Aider à l'identification et à la gestion proactive des risques, problèmes potentiels et changements de périmètre.
- ** Surveiller l'avancement des projets** et identifier les écarts par rapport au plan initial en recommandant des actions correctives lorsque nécessaire.
- ** Préparer des rapports périodiques**, compiler des tableaux de bord et des indicateurs de performance clés (KPI) sur l'avancement des projets en mettrant en évidence les réalisations, les risques et les problèmes.
- ** Participer activement à l'établissement et à l'amélioration continue des processus et des procédures** liés à la gestion de projet de notre client.
**Qualifications** Votre profil et vos compétences**:
- ** Vous avez une expérience solide dans l'industrie bancaire,** avec une expertise particulière dans la banque privée.
- ** Vous disposez d'une expérience** dans **la sécurité opérationnelle** et la mise en œuvre des outils de **sécurité**, spécifiquement au sein d'une banque privée.
- ** Doté/e d'un excellent relationnel,** vous comprenez parfaitement les enjeux IT, notamment la gestion de la production, la gestion des incidents, le changement, la migration, etc.
- ** Vous avez plus de 5 ans d'expérience** dans des rôles similaires, démontrant ainsi une expertise approfondie dans la gestion de projets complexes.
- Vous maîtrisez parfaitement** le français et l'anglais.**:
- Vous **résidez en Suisse.**
