Missions du poste

En tant que conseiller.e de ventes chez Claire's, il vous incombe de:

- Soutenir votre responsable de magasin et votre responsable adjoint dans la réalisation des objectifs du magasin. Offrir un service à la clientèle convivial et efficace. Veiller à ce que nos clients aient une expérience d'achat agréable et amusante. Présenter les produits Claire's. Assister les clients dans leurs requêtes à l'aide de votre connaissance des produits. Aider au traitement des livraisons en magasin, au merchandising visuel, aux inventaires, aux démarques et aux promotions. Piercing d'oreilles (vous recevrez une formation complète). Veiller à ce que le magasin soit présentable et accueillant pour nos clients.Qualifications -À propos de vous

Vous possédez l'expérience, les compétences et les qualités suivantes:

- Confiance et personnalité - Vous aimez parler aux gens et êtes à l'aise pour aborder les clients et leur montrer nos produits. Vous possédez d'excellentes compétences en matière de service à la clientèle. Vous démontrez des capacités naturelles pour la vente. Vous êtes passionné.e par la vente au détail et la mode. Vous êtes enthousiaste et orienté.e sur les résultats. Vous avez d'excellentes compétences en communication. Vous aimez travailler en équipe.
