Business Project Manager for Resolution Planning

Your field of responsibility


You will be involved in regulatory and business activities on resolution planning for Credit Suisse, specifically for the Swiss Emergency Plan.

In this position you will be part of a complex regulatory topic requiring you to oversee the end-to-end management of the operational continuity process and the corresponding IT solution.

This role is highly collaborating with stakeholders from various divisions and functions globally.

You will have constant contact with experts and senior leaders, giving you an opportunity to get key insights into the organization and providing an excellent platform to build a broad, cross-functional network within the bank.

Your skills and experience
We are looking for outstanding problem-solvers with a positive mindset and the drive to implement the operational continuity requirements, someone who:

  • Has a university degree (Bachelor, Master or equivalent)
  • preferably in business, finance and/or legal
  • Has at least 5 years of professional experience in the banking industry and a proven track record in business analysis and project management
  • Has a broad understanding of banking and operational continuity aspects including knowledge of banking products and intragroup services
  • Shows excellent analytical thinking combined with resultorientation and pragmatic implementation capabilities
  • Understands the big picture and has a very high attention to detail ideally coupled with an inquiring mindset
  • Is a team player with strong stakeholder management and communication skills in English and German
  • Has a dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
