Your Role in Brief

You will be leading a cohesive team of 15 employees, managing complex hybrid Microsoft Exchange infrastructures, Teams, and Voice solutions for our Managed Services customers. Collaborating with technical leads, you will continuously shape the development of the services (>35,000 users) and ensure a stable and highly secure operation.

Your Profile

  • Demonstrable experience in leading large teams or extensive IT projects
  • Completed solid IT education with relevant further education
  • Strong organizational skills to efficiently handle complex tasks
  • Ideally, broad knowledge in Microsoft Exchange, Teams, Luware Voice solutions, and related areas around Microsoft 365
  • Excellent social skills, initiative, resilience, motivational ability, and the capacity to successfully implement ideas. Enjoying teamwork is a must
