A propos du rôle :

Le/La Manufacturing Project Engineer est chargé(e) de soutenir les unités de production du site dans le processus d'implémentation de projets et amélioration sur les lignes de production.

Il/elle dirige ou est l'expert dans les changements et les projets. Il/elle est chargé(e) de fournir des résultats aux clients internes en ce qui concerne les objectifs, les délais et les coûts des changements implémentés.

Comment vous contribuerez :

Gérer des projets d'amélioration pour les lignes de production focus principal au niveau du Fill & Finishing mais potentiellement aussi en USP (upstream) et DSP (downstream). Gérer des Change Controls (description du changement, présentation du changement dans les comités décisionnels, définition du plan d'action sur la base des évaluations des partenaires, suivi du change control dans son entièreté, définition des critères d'efficacité du changement, etc). Être l'expert production lors de changements gérés par les autres départements du site (évaluation de l'impact du changement, définition du plan d'action pour la production, mise en place des actions et suivi de l'implémentation, etc). Présenter ses sujets en inspection réglementaire. Mettre à jour la documentation en lien avec les Change controls dont il est responsable ou expert.

Ce que vous apportez à Takeda :

Master, doctorat en biotechnologie, pharmacie ou autre domaine scientifique. Précédente expérience réussie dans l'industrie pharmaceutique/biotechnologique en matière de fabrication ou de qualité. Connaissance technique des processus de fabrication en biotechnologie, idéalement expérience dans le domaine de la répartition aseptique. Expérience des méthodologies de gestion du changement est un atout. Expérience dans l'utilisation des outils de gestion de projet est un atout. Expérience des systèmes de gestion de la documentation électronique et des systèmes de gestion de la qualité (ex : Trackwise) est un atout. Expérience des inspections réglementaires (FDA, Swissmedic, etc.) est un atout. Capacité à gérer des sujets complexes dans des situations de communication à fort enjeu. Autonomie et capacité à gérer les priorités et le stress dans un environnement rapide et multifonctionnel. Être capable de coordonner une équipe multidisciplinaire pour son projet ou son changement (production, qualité, ingénierie, etc.). Français + Anglais professionnel (oral and écrit).
