Manufacturing Associate II

About This Role
As a Manufacturing Associate II, you will carry out and record daily manufacturing operations in a cGMP setting, handling process equipment, conducting validation protocols, and revising cGMP documents. Your duties also include ensuring cGMP compliance and maintaining equipment and facilities. The role demands excellent attention to detail and strong documentation capabilities. Additionally, you should keep up with required training levels and offer support to other site functions.
What You'll Do
- Execute manufacturing steps and support activities, monitoring processes according to documentation
- Troubleshoot equipment and process issues
- Revise documents as directed, handle equipment/process changes
- Participate in training, manage individual training plan, and train colleagues as needed
- Carry out validation protocols
- Lead shifts in the absence of a supervisor, actively engage in shift exchanges
- Coordinate daily schedules with different areas
Qualifications
Who You Are
You should demonstrate the ability to independently document job-related information, possess a basic understanding of Biotech processes, and adhere to written procedures within a cGMP framework, ensuring thorough and timely documentation.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent with 3-5 years of relevant experience in any industry or 2-3 years in Pharma/Biotech
OR - Bachelor's degree in a related field with 1-2 years of professional experience
OR - Bachelor's degree in an unrelated field with 3-4 years of experience
- Language skills: English B1, German, and/or French are beneficial
- Familiarity with Delta V, Syncade, or similar automated systems
- Experience in a regulated industry
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively describe issues
