Product Manager P&C (h/f/x)

Au sein du Département P&C, et afin de renforcer la division principale Produits & Souscription dans un environnement dynamique et en pleine croissance, nous recherchons un/e Product Manager P&C entre 80-100%, basé à Lausanne.


Les missions qui vous attendent :

  • Concevoir et mettre en oeuvre des solutions d'assurances dans les branches choses, RC et véhicules à moteur
  • Assurer une veille du marché
  • Participer activement aux projets de développement des produits d'assurances et de transformation digitale
  • Assurer le suivi des indicateurs clés de performance du portefeuille d'assurances
  • Collaborer activement à définition et la mise en oeuvre de la stratégie produits pour les assurances choses, RC et véhicules à moteur
  • Soutenir le management de la division par des analyses approfondies sur les potentiels de croissance et d'amélioration de la rentabilité

Votre profil :

  • Brevet fédéral en assurances ou titre jugé équivalent
  • Expérience confirmée dans le domaine des assurances choses, RC et véhicules à moteur
  • Expérience dans la gestion de projets
  • Excellentes capacités de compréhension, de conception et d'analyse
  • Maîtrise du français ou de l'allemand, avec de bonnes connaissances dans l'autre langue, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit (min. niveau B2), l'anglais un atout
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels (MS Office)
