With 175 luxurious rooms and suites, exquisite dining options, a 4,000 square meter spa, as well as spacious event and seminar facilities, this historical 'Curhaus' from 1899 has been transformed into a new city resort of the highest class. Your Responsibilities
- Welcome and farewell guests upon arrival and departure
- Handle luggage
- Act as a point of contact for national and international guests
- Ensure smooth operations within and around the hotel premises
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and orderliness in the lobby, outdoor areas, and hotel entrance
- Provide professional, reliable, punctual, and discreet service
- Assist the Concierge when needed
Your Profile
- Hold a Swiss category B driver's license
- Possess a Professional Passenger Transport (BPT) permit with years of accident-free driving experience
- Demonstrate a high level of quality and responsibility awareness
- Display a positive demeanor with a confident and competent manner
- Have experience in luxury hospitality or dealing with discerning guests
- Good command of German and English
- Excellent knowledge of Zurich's geography and streets
- Flexibility regarding working hours and willingness to work weekends
