Your role

  • Are you interested in working in event management? Would you like to experience a premium event platform firsthand while contributing to its success? Are you intrigued about what goes into the creation of the most sought after events in the world? We're looking for someone like that to:
  • create, develop, manage and execute global content events across a number of UHNW themes including thought leadership, content, culture and sport/passion events
- incorporate innovative elements into existing content themes and platforms
- research and develop new content platforms and components
- source, design, develop and produce event & conference collaterals and materials
- manage reporting, forecasting and budgeting
- contribute to event and venue research
- support various team members on on-going and upcoming projects for UHNW globally
- support team head in possible projects and initiatives

Our 6-12 month internship is an ideal way to gain the work experience you'll need to launch your career. It's also an opportunity to work with and learn from some of our sharp people in finance.

  • From the start of the program, you'll be right at the heart of the business, taking part in the daytoday operations. You'll not only learn about the business of finance from top to bottom, you'll also experience our unique workplace culture.

Your team

  • You'll be working in the Global Events & VIP Services team in Zürich. Our team creates global bespoke and unique event platforms and services tailoring thought leadership, passion and cultural themes in order to provide insights, education, entertainment, access and networking opportunities to assist our clients in building a lasting foundation beyond wealth.

Your expertise

  • You need have completed at least four semesters of your bachelor's degree or have obtained your master's degree within the last 6 months.
  • In particular, you are/have:
  • interested in marketing and events and possibly bringing some experience along
- interested in learning more about the UHNW Client Services & Client Strategy area and broadening your network
- interested in working in an international environment
- "can-do" attitude
- an autonomous, diligent and proactive work style
- strong customer service skills
- comfortable to speak with senior level persons inside and outside of UBS
- strong in languages, particularly fluent in English and German
