**Ihr Aufgabenbereich**

Werden Sie Staff on Call Mitarbeiter / Mitarbeiterin im Dormant Accounts Investigations Team in der Wealth Management Division in Zürich. In dieser verantwortungsvollen Funktion suchen Sie aktiv nach Ansprechpersonen von kontaktlosen Kundenbeziehungen im In
- und Ausland und nehmen telefonischen Kontakt mit potenziellen Kunden in mehreren Sprachen auf. Sie erfassen, ergänzen und korrigieren die aktuellen Kundendaten in unseren Datenbanken. Durch die Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Schnittstellen pflegen Sie ein breites Netzwerk an Beziehungen. Diese ist eine Position auf Abruf mit flexiblen und unregelmässigen Einsätzen (Salär auf Stundenbasis).

**Ihre Kompetenzen und Erfahrung**
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder befinden sich im Studium
- Sie verfügen über ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse sowie verhandlungssichere Kenntnisse in mindestens zwei weiteren Sprachen
- Sie zeichnen sich durch eine exakte, sorgfältige und selbständige Arbeitsweise aus
- Als offene und kommunikative Person haben Sie Freude am telefonischen Kontakt mit potenziellen Kunden
- Sie bringen Interesse an der Dokumentation von Recherchen mit
- Mit einer guten Auffassungsgabe und einem vernetzten Denken gelingt es Ihnen mühelos, komplexe Sachverhalte zu erfassen
- Einsatz für eine Kultur der Inklusion und Wertschätzung vielfältiger Sichtweisen
