Als Legal Counsel sind Sie nicht nur Teil unseres juristischen Teams, sondern auch ein wichtiger Partner für unser Unternehmen.
- Ihre Hauptaufgaben umfassen:

- Beratung und Unterstützung der Business Units in sämtlichen rechtlichen Angelegenheiten einschliesslich in den Bereichen Vertrags
- und Handelsrecht, Telekommunikation, Infrastrukturen, Finanzrecht, Datenschutzrecht und M&A
- Erstellen und Prüfen von internationalen und nationalen Verträgen sowie anderen rechtlich relevanten Dokumenten, Templates und Guidelines einschliesslich insbesondere im Geschäftskundenbereich
- Betreuung und Unterstützung von Projekten z.B. im Zusammenhang mit neuen Produkten und Dienstleistungen
- Instruktion, Koordination und Überwachung von Rechtsfällen inkl. Prozessführung und ggf. mit externen Beratern und Anwälten
- Beobachten der rechtlichen Entwicklungen in der Telekommunikationsbranche, Erkennen von Opportunitäten und Handlungsbedarf
- Teilnahme in internen und externen Arbeitsgruppe und Industrieorganisationen
- Folgende Anforderungen bringen Sie mit:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechtswissenschaften )
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Jurist
- Hohe IT-Affinität und Interesse an technologischen Entwicklungen
- Selbstständige, zuverlässige und effiziente Arbeitsweise
- Flexible, zielorientierte und belastbare Persönlichkeit mit hoher Eigenmotivation
- Kommunikative und verhandlungssichere Person, die es versteht mit Eigeninitiative überzeugende Lösungen zu erarbeiten
- Ausgezeichnete Deutsch
- Englisch und sehr gute Französischkenntnisse, Italienisch von Vorteil
