Our client in the Greater Zurich area with two branches in Switzerland is one of the leading companies in the Swiss trade of technical products (wheels and castors, material handling and storage technology) serving industry, commerce, specialist retailers, service companies, retail, hospitals, and public institutions. The company evaluates new and innovative trading products to enhance its existing product portfolio and constantly adapts the modern-designed online webshop to meet the new customer and market needs.

Chief Executive Officer

Your area of responsibility

• Leading the company including the branches and their employees according to business and success-oriented criteria (currently 30 employees)
• Enforcement of the company policy of the Board of Directors, development of new, innovative product programs, and preparation of important business transactions for the Board of Directors and the AGM with periodic reports
• Preparation of the annual financial statements with a business report, annual and investment budgets, and multi-year financial planning in collaboration with the CFO
• Budget responsibility
• Ensuring and expanding external and customer service, and logistics operations with continuous development of the company
• Implementation of the organizational structure with personnel management according to the organizational regulations and clear communication of goals, as well as carrying out development measures for employees

Your profile

• Business and ideally technical education with ETH/Uni or FH degree and further education in sales and marketing
• Management experience in an SME or at a level with at least 30 employees
• Languages: Mother tongue German with good knowledge of French and English
