With a comprehensive definition of all requirements for our machine and smart factory software, we as a global R&D team ensure a timely and customer-oriented business.

• You will lead the global requirements and testing team by empowering them to continuously add the required value to achieve business goals
• You will be responsible for coordinating and prioritising the various software requirements of all our competence centers to enable robust smart factory solutions
• As the global lead product owner (PO), you will ensure close coordination with the product managers and product owners, as well as the project managers within the different competence centers
• You support the software testing team in prioritizing findings for bugs and improvements
• Through open and persistent communication, you build bridges between interdisciplinary and international teams with different backgrounds
• In this role you report directly to the Chief Technology Officer of the Bystronic Group

• A further education in project management and agile development is desired and a great advantage
• In addition, you bring sound experience in multiproject management, in agile working methods and in requirements engineering and have knowledge of software testing
