**Was dich erwartet**:
Übernimm als Project Office Koordinator:in die Unterstützung unserer Projektleiter:innen, die Organisation von Projektkommunikation und -dokumentation sowie die Datenanalyse. Gemeinsam mit zwei Werkstudent:innen sorgst du dafür, dass alle Prozesse reibungslos ablaufen. Werde Teil eines engagierten Teams und gestalte unsere Projekte mit

Konkrete Aufgabenbereiche sind dabei unter anderem:

- Du entlastest Projektleitende in ihrem Auftrag in allen Phasen der Projektdruchführung und sorgst für reibungslose Abläufe.
- Du managst das administrative Rahmenwerk eines Projektes, bspw. Einladungen, Protokolle, Präsentationen, führst Pendenzenlisten und hilfst in der Strukturierung.
- Du unterstützt bei der Einhaltung von Projekt-Prozessen und Governance-Vorgaben und entlastest dadurch das Projekt Portfolio Team.
- Du übernimmst das Aufsetzen der Projektinfrastruktur inkl. Onboarding von Projektressourcen.
- Du leitest zwei Werkstudent:innen.

Deine fachliche Qualifikationen:

- Organisationstalent: Du hast ausgezeichnete organisatorische Fähigkeiten und ein Auge fürs Detail
- Kommunikationsstärke: Du kommunizierst klar und präzise auf Deutsch und Englisch
- Technischer Flair: Du bist interessiert an komplexen IT-Lösungen
- Selbstständigkeit: Du arbeitest eigenständig und strukturiert, setzt Prioritäten und behältst auch in stressigen Situationen den Überblick.
- Projektmanagement-Erfahrung: Du hast Erfahrung im Projektmanagement oder in einer vergleichbaren administrativen Rolle, idealerweise im PMO.
