We would like to talk to you about the opportunity to join our Digital department for 8 months as
International Digital Technical Lead, as part of a maternity cover.

In a rapidly changing technology environment, Cartier faces the need to transform the processes and systems to meet emerging business requirements.

This digital transformation demands a specific expertise and a set of practices to align business focus with technology solutions.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

Digital Platforms quality and stability control

  • Follow up on service agreements of solutions and vendors used by the Maison
  • Follow up on the performance monitoring and security standards of the different Digital solutions across Cartier
  • Propose solutions to improve quality, performance and security of the platforms

Technical Project management and POC implementations

  • Lead technical projects development and implementation
  • Manage Proof of Concepts implementation
  • Support multiple teams, finding and using best practice and emerging technologies
  • Report on the identified KPIs for the team
  • Be responsible for technology governance, solving complex and highrisk issues and delivering architecture design for existing & new initiatives

Digital Platforms technical team lead

  • Lead a team of the technical experts working on a variety of digital projects across Cartier Digital ecosystem
  • Propose proactively IT tools and solutions helping Cartier Digital strategy
  • Optimize and find synergies across Cartier Ecosystem

Manage a team of Digital Solutions Experts

  • Coach and mentor solution Experts
  • Inspire the team and lead them

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • You possess a Master's degree in engineering with minimum 10years experience in IT industry
  • You possess experience in architecture design & technical solutions based on industry standards using IaaS, PaaS and SaaS capabilities
  • You have a handson expertise with demonstrated experience in architecture and design patterns, their usage, implementation, and implications
  • You have an analytical and problemsolver profile
  • You are able to explain and simplify situations, stakes and solutions
  • You have an experience in team management and budget forecasting
  • You speak English fluently, French is a plus
