• Distinguishing yourself with professional management of technical inquiries, delivery lead times, and deployments, ensuring optimal customer satisfaction.

• You hold a sales and/or marketing diploma at the certificate level, showcasing your commitment to continuously improving your skills.
• You excel in the art of telephone communication, with an infectious enthusiasm to advise and win over customers, meet their specific needs, and create tailored offers.
• You are a virtuoso in the French language, capable of guiding and advising your future clients with ease and confidence.
• Your mastery of German is a real asset, allowing you to collaborate effectively with colleagues in Swiss German-speaking regions and ensure smooth communication.
• Your expertise in IT infrastructure and passion for office supplies enable you to provide precise and well-informed advice to your clients.
