In the role of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Functional Consultant in Luzern, you will play a crucial role in reshaping our business technology solutions in Dynamics 365. Become part of an ambitious team leading ERP and CRM initiatives, shaping the future of digitized business processes.



Your Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end implementation projects including design, configuration, testing, training, migration, and reporting
  • Ensure quality of project outcomes through system and functional testing
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments to define requirements and ensure alignment of expectations with deliverables
  • Translate specifications from business areas into development initiatives and ensure interfaces between involved parties/experts
  • Support the development team in design sessions and solution implementation through platform-specific configurations
  • Key contact and D365 expert for supply chain and finance, promoting understanding of D365 standard processes and introducing best practices in business processes
Your Profile
  • BSc or MSc in technical or business management (e.g. Business Informatics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering)
  • Deep knowledge of D365 functional areas, including finance, HR, procurement, inventory, manufacturing, sales, and Power Platform Apps (D365 certifications desirable)
  • Years of experience in configuring D365 modules with a deep understanding of its dependencies from both functional and technical implementation perspectives
  • Strong methodological and analytical skills
  • Goal-oriented, structured, and solution-focused approach with a focus on excellent business processes
  • Consulting skills and communication strength (proficient in German and English)
  • Highly independent and flexible personality to respond adequately to changes
  • Willingness to evaluate and incorporate new technologies into actions
