Responsibilities:
- Production ~70%:
- Ensures compliance with Group health, safety and environmental directives and that regulations are implemented, while monitoring and reporting progress and results. Assesses risks and safety hazards and implements plans to ensure people and equipment safety
- Continuously assess and eliminate/mitigate OHS risks according to corporate health and safety procedures
- Lead production and test support teams and be responsible for their performance and development
- Contribution to annual production budget process, oversees progress, and determines actions to cost issues as necessary in order to manage production within the budget and resources
- Develops programs, projects, goals, and metrics to lead the organization to the highest level of operational performance while optimizing working capital throughout production. Integrates Lean Manufacturing principles into production processes
- Generate production KPI's and participating in monthly BiPolar Operations review
- Be responsible for operative planning activities such as wafer start, SAP production order management and irradiation purchase orders
- Maintain irradiation orders in desired range considering OTD, cost efficiency, inventory cost and stock risks
- Support logistics in daily supply of raw materials for BiPolar CH operations
- Test Support ~30%:
- Ensure availability of BiPolar CH tester fleet by securing maintenance and testing capacity needs, while ensuring occupational safety when using the test systems
- Continuous improvement and strategic development of tester fleet BiPolar, assistance in creating a cost and yieldoptimized test strategy, implementation of the strategy, continuous review of the strategy
- Define and execute testing strategy in collaboration with colleagues in other units
- Creation of specification sheets, introduction of new test systems, elimination of tester instabilities, calibration and SPC, measurement capability analysis, repairs (internal and external), transfer of products from old to new test systems
- Electrical verification and qualification of new products: Carrying out measurements for SpecReview, development projects, ECRs and benchmarking on production test devices, evaluating the results
- Transfer of knowledge and training of new employees, coaching of employees
- Degree (University, FH) in Business Engineering, Electrical Engineering or comparable discipline
- Excellent knowledge of complex production systems (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, Performance)
- Knowledge of production testing processes and statistical methods (Pareto, SPC)
- Proven leadership skills and empathic personality
- Sound understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Selfmotivated personality with teamoriented work attitude
- Fluent in German & English language skills is a must
