Job Description:

• You will carry out welding and locksmith work on machine and steel components at the Avesco site in Landquart GR or occasionally at customer locations (construction site/customer workshop).
• You will overhaul loading shovels, equipment, attachments, as well as chassis components (chain strands and chassis beams).
• You may also perform machining on conventional turning and milling machines (not a basic requirement).

Your Profile:

• You have completed vocational training as an equipment and apparatus fitter, locksmith, construction locksmith, or have another technical basic training.
• If possible, you have solid experience in welding and locksmith work (MAG).
• You are known for your technical know-how, enjoy mechanical work, and are precise and reliable in your tasks.
• You are a helpful and committed individual who works with passion and remains calm even in hectic times.
• You think in a connected, solution-oriented, and customer-focused manner.
• You have good manners, initiative, and organizational skills.
• You have a knack for large, heavy construction machinery and locksmith work.
• You prefer challenging individual tasks over mass production.
• Finally, you have a category B/BE driver's license.
