EVENT PROJECT MANAGER

CARTIER, Switzerland


As a member of the Media and Events Team in Switzerland, the
Event Project Manager will be fully responsible for
delivering best in class activations for our clients from conception to implementation in close collaboration with its manager (the Media & Event Manager) as well as with the other members of the team (event coordinators).


Here at Cartier Switzerland we are looking for a
passionate, dedicated and team player Event professional for a full-time position to embark on this journey at a key period for our Swiss Market.


Thanks to his/her
knowledge and understanding of Event management in Luxury retail industry in Switzerland (+ 5 years), the Event Project Manager will coordinate and manage overall event related activities.

As a
very good creative thinker and organizer, he/she will develop, produce and deliver best-in-class events supporting the strategic objectives of the brand, with always a strong consciousness of performance and return on investments.


With
strong communication and presentation skills and understanding of brand building, he/she will design the creative briefs, identify appropriate agencies and vendors, negotiate service contracts and supervise their work
.

He/she will show a
sense of urgency, problem-solving skills, hands-on attitude and attention to details to create project timelines, follow-through event production, logistic control, hospitality and event management.


If you have a strong creative mindset, the ability to work with different teams and in a proactive way, you are bilingual in
French and English with this experience in event management or event related roles, in an event agency or in-house event department, then we'd love to hear from you.
