The Service unit is responsible for the worldwide after sales support of generator circuit-breaker (GCB) systems and gas insulated switchgears (GIS), including training, installation and commissioning, scheduled maintenance, added value services, troubleshooting, extensions, retrofits and replacements.
We are looking for a strong personality as Tender Manager for our High Voltage business.
You will develop the entire high-voltage portfolio with strategic Swiss customers in the transmission and distribution grid environment and achieve sustainable growth targets.
Your technical know-how in electrical engineering as well as your communication and negotiation skills in direct customer contact will come into play in the preparation of technical offers.
To achieve your goals, you will act as a link between local sales and our sales specialists in the international high-voltage factories.
You are characterized by a proven sales affinity with exceptional customer orientation and strong assertiveness.Your responsibility:
- Preparation of technical offers for the entire high voltage portfolio
- Advising customers along their technical investment plans, quoting and purchasing strategies etc.
- Support sales people and account managers in maintaining sustainable business relationships with Swiss customers to achieve agreed budget and growth targets.
- Coordinate and support the Sales Specialists, Project Managers and Product Managers around our international high voltage factories.
- Leading commercial and technical negotiations with customers
- Conduct risk reviews and prepare cost calculations
Your background:
- 510 years of professional experience in technical sales, project management, product management or similar areas of expertise
- Successfully completed studies with focus on electrical engineering or comparable competencies
- Market and product knowledge in the field of substations / switchgears
- Sales personality with confident appearance on all customer levels
- Team player with development ambitions
- Assertive, entrepreneurial and able to act independently
- German language skills (C2) are mandatory as well as fluent English. Good knowledge of French is an advantage
