TEST AUTOMATION ENGINEER à pourvoir à 100% sur GENEVE

Pour cette mission, vous allez intégrer une Banque qui fait partie du top 3 des meilleures banques privées. Elle fournit des services et conseils personnalisés aux personnes et groupes familiaux jouissant d'un patrimoine élevé. Son but est d'atteindre l'excellence dans ses résultats, et pour y parvenir, elle s'aligne sur ces trois principes : simplicité, proximité et équité dans tout ce qu'elle entreprend.

En tant qu'Ingénieur en Automatisation des Tests, vous piloterez la transition des tests manuels vers les tests automatisés pour le système bancaire central Temenos R22. Vous serez chargé d'analyser les cas de test existants pour identifier ceux pouvant être automatisés et de développer des scripts de test automatisés en utilisant principalement Katalon Studio, Selenium et des langages comme Java, Python ou Groovy. Vous intégrerez ces tests dans les pipelines CI/CD via Jenkins et Maven. Vous concevrez et mettrez en œuvre des frameworks d'automatisation évolutifs et maintenables, et encadrerez une équipe de développeurs pour établir et gérer les environnements de test. Vous collaborerez étroitement avec les développeurs pour diagnostiquer et résoudre les défauts détectés par les tests automatisés, tout en évaluant et intégrant continuellement de nouveaux outils et méthodologies pour optimiser l'efficacité des tests.

Votre profil :

  • Diplôme de niveau Bac+3 en Informatique, en Génie Logiciel ou dans une discipline connexe. Un Master est un atout.
  • Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en tests logiciels, dont au moins 3 ans en automatisation des tests. Une expérience avec les applications bancaires ou financières, en particulier Temenos T24
  • Expérience avec Jenkins, Maven, Katalon Studio, Selenium WebDriver et Bitbucket.
  • Maîtrise de Java, Python ou Groovy.
  • Solide compréhension des pratiques Agile et DevOps.
  • Capacité prouvée à diriger des équipes et à gérer des environnements de test.
  • Rapidité de compréhension et d'adaptation à de nouveaux systèmes et outils.
