Technical Expert Mail Services for our client, a worldwide company in Suisse Romande
Context:
For the Mail services Domain, the
Technical Expert Mail Services is fully responsible for supporting the new business initiatives.
He/ She will work closely with the project teams to provide technical expertise and support PM in framing the projects.
During project execution, TE will support the Project Manager to initiate the project(s) (Sales to delivery support), contribute and support the project team with technical expertise to ensure successful delivery.
TE will be fully responsible for managing Domain level artefacts aligning to our client project methodology.Your tasks:
Clients and service-oriented, the Technical Expert monitors within a project the quality of the requirements:
- The role consists in getting closer IT to Client business areas.
- Involve early in the project to perform workshops to capture requirements and to follow product roadmap.
- Be responsible for architectural development, planning, and implementation of the overall strategic goals of systems.
- Respond to requests from users (as Level 3 of the escalation procedures) and assist in deploying/configuring systems so as to conform to our client infrastructure standards.
- Provide resolution of more complex issues escalated from the support helpdesk and provide extra frontline support capacity as directed;
- Support the deployment of solutions that meet business demand
- Provides support in the implementation phase of projects and contribute to related documentation Coordinate activities with external local service providers
- Experience in Infrastructure Projects & Services
- Experience in Private Banking environment
- Technical Knowledge with Domino, Airwatch, IronPort, DLP, Exchange
- Indepth understanding and working knowledge of MS Exchange and Office 201
- Deep understanding of DLP and Mobile Device Management (Airwatch)
- Complete administration of exchange 2016 servers
- ADFS & Single sign on implementation and troubleshooting
- Support client's messaging platform consisting of Lotus Notes, Lotus Domino, and SMTP.
- Identify, evaluate, implement, and support related technologies such as but not limited to messaging web access, instant messaging, and collaboration and unified messaging.
- Provide support in the areas of Lotus software products standardization, leveraging of mailboxes management and capacity planning. This includes but is not limited to Lotus Notes/Domino, Sametime, and QuickPlace.
- User Management
- Indepth knowledge of various features and configurations available in Exchange 2016, Roles and Services of Exchange 2010, High availability (DAG), Public Folder Management, Messaging Policies and Compliance, Configuring Reporting and Logging, Permissions and Role Based Access Control (RBAC), Transport Rules
- Knowledge of Exchange Shell, VBS and Windows PowerShell scripting
- Thorough knowledge on Active Directory Object Administration and Management
- Experience in migration between different messaging platforms/different messaging versions
- French and English mandatory
