Dafür arbeiten Sie eng mit Kolleginnen der verschiedenen Produktlinien und einem funktionsübergreifenden Projekt Team von Architekten, Product Ownern und Business Analysten zusammen. Sie sind die treibende und innovative Kraft, die für unsere Firmen
- und Privatkunden zukünftige Produkte entwickeln.

- Sie tragen die fachliche Verantwortung für die Gestaltung und bereichsübergreifende Abstimmung der Produkte
- Sie definieren die zukunftsweisende P&C Produkt Architektur und gestalten das Zielbild zur Entwicklung und Betrieb unserer Produkte
- Sie legen den Rahmen für das Produkt Design aller künftigen Nichtleben Produkte und erstellen die notwendigen Design Konzepte
- Sie entwickeln in einem interdisziplinären Team kundenfreundliche Produkte unter Berücksichtigung der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette und eingesetzten Technologien
- Sie erstellen Entscheidungsgrundlagen zu neuen oder geänderten Produkt
- und Pricing-Logiken

**Was Sie mitbringen**
- Universitäts
- oder Fachhochschulabschluss (z.B. BWL, VWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik) mit Vertiefung in Produktmanagement oder -architektur
- Mehrjährige Versicherungserfahrung als Produkt Manager oder Architekt mit übergreifender Verantwortung für die Produktentwicklung
- Hohe Affinität für digitale Themen und ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten zur Aufbereitung komplexer Sachverhalte
- Selbstbewusstes Auftreten im Umgang mit vielfältigen Stakeholder Gruppen
- Stilsichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
