Tasks

• As a department head, your clear focus is on meeting the needs of your customers.
• Every day, you are competent and motivated to assist our demanding customers.
• It is essential for you to maintain quality standards.
• You are willing to support your superiors in managing the business.
• You always have control over the key performance indicators, and if problems arise, you respond accordingly.
• You ensure that the sales area is inviting for shopping and the shelves are always stocked.
• You lead your team and create the staff schedule.

Requirements

• Completed sales training? Then you are ready for this job.

• Are you always cheerful and present yourself in sales just as you are?
• Flexible with working hours? You are very adaptable.
• You have a very good command of German - orally and in writing.
