- Wir suchen einen Head Client Tax Reporting für die:
- proaktive Führung der Mitarbeiter/innen sowie der Übernahme von Prozessen und Projekten
- laufende Optimierung der Arbeitsweisen und Services
- Förderung und Inspiration der Mitarbeitenden mit einem inklusiven, offenen und transparenten Führungsstil

- Sie führen ein motiviertes und sehr engagiertes Team in Schaffhausen, welches sich durch hohe Fachkompetenz, Selbständigkeit und grosses Verantwortungsbewusstsein auszeichnet. Es ist Ihre Aufgabe, gemeinsam mit dem Team qualitativ hochstehende Dienstleistungen zur Erstellung von Steuerreport zu erbringen. Dabei überzeugen Sie durch professionelles Verhalten und bringen sich mit motivierendem Engagement ein.

**Das wünschen wir uns**
- abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und/oder eine abgeschlossene betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung (HF, FH, Universität) und idealerweise bereits über Berufserfahrung im steuerlichen Bereich
- analytische, strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, eine hohe Dienstleistungsbereitschaft und überzeugst mit Eigeninitiative
- Teamplayer, hast Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und demonstrierst eine hohe soziale Kompetenz
- gute PC-Benutzerkenntnisse in allen Microsoft-Standardprogrammen (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- gute Deutsch & Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, eine zusätzliche Fremdsprache (F, I) von Vorteil
