Your RoleThe Group Communications Manager is a key player in developing and executing communication strategies to ensure concise, compelling, and unified messaging for both internal and external audiences. This position focuses on aligning with the company's objectives by actively nurturing relationships with stakeholders and advocating for corporate social responsibility, environmental sustainability, and governance principles. Additionally, the role involves supporting employer value proposition initiatives, enhancing employee engagement programs, optimizing communication channels, and ensuring practices are in line with corporate goals through efficient processes, emphasizing copywriting and content management.

Your Tasks
  • Design and execute communication strategies that reinforce the company's goals, utilizing traditional and digital platforms for clear and effective messaging across the organization
  • Enhance relationships with external stakeholders through diverse communication channels to align public perception with corporate objectives and boost trust
  • Oversee internal communications at Sefar to improve employee alignment, engagement, and morale, continually enhancing the platform to meet employee needs and corporate standards
  • Lead communication efforts supporting CSR, ESG, and sustainability initiatives by developing practical processes and engaging with content that showcases the company's accomplishments in these areas
  • Support executives in various communication matters, collaborating with IT and Marketing Communications to ensure internal platforms are efficient and content is strategic and engaging
  • Create content for communication and marketing channels such as web, social media, customer letters, and brochures, aligned with global content calendars and other MarCom functions
Your Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Communication and MarTech tools, project management tools, and experience working with B2B communication deliverables
  • Strong journalistic or communication skills, with a background in B2B content creation and fluency in German and English
