Als Personalmeister Utilities Operationssind Sie zuständig für den einwandfreien Betrieb, Wartung und Kontrolle der Systeme/ Anlagen Clean-Steam, Purified Water, Water for injection und Heating Ventilation & Air Conditioning Systems (HVAC) unter Einhaltung der GMP-Anforderungen durch das Schichtteam.
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Verantwortlich für die Personalverwaltung und Planung
- Coacht und bildet die Koordinatoren Utilities im Führung aus
- Organisation und Definition der Prioritäten vom Schichtteam
- Stellt die Verfügbarkeit des Schichtteam zum Betreiben der Utilities von MC1, MC2, I10, I11 und I12 sicher
- Optimiert die Prozesse des Schichtteams
- Ist zuständig für die richtige Ausbildung von Utilities Operation mit dem Field Instruktor Utilities
- Bearbeitung in Zusammenarbeit mit QA, QC und dem Betrieb von entstandenen Abweichungen, Definition entsprechender Massnahmen für seinen Bereich
- Koordination der Schnittstelle mit MC1 und MC2 Anlageteams
- Koordination der visuellen Kontrolle für die relevanten Systeme, Untersuchung von Abweichungen und Definition und Umsetzung von Massnahmen zusammen mit QA, QC und dem Betrieb
- Stellt des Erstellen der Störmeldungen und Erstellung der Aufträge durch das Schichtteam sicher
- Erstellen der notwendigen SOPs und andere Anweisungen in seinem Arbeitsbereich
Was wir von Ihnen erwarten:
- Gute Führungsverantwortung

- oder Weiterbildung Chemie-Pharmatechnologe; Technikerschule (HF) im Bereich Maschinenbau oder Verfahrenstechnik
- Fundierte Berufserfahrung als Chemie-Pharmatechnologe oder Techniker im GMP-Umfeld
- Ausgezeichnetes Verständnis und Wissen im Bereich Utilities und GMP-Anforderungen
- Gute IT-Kenntnisse, insb. in Office, SAP, DeltaV (Prozessleitsystem (PLS))
- Einwandfreie Kommunikation mit internen Schnittstellen (Support, Betrieb, QA, QC und Engineering)
