Scientist - Early Development Bioconjugates (m/f/d)

Currently, we are seeking a scientist to join our early development team focusing on bioconjugates in Visp, Switzerland. In this role, you will be responsible for meticulously planning and executing laboratory experiments while closely collaborating with project teams.

Key responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and document laboratory experiments
  • Analyze data for report and presentation preparation
  • Provide scientific guidance to lab technicians for the precise execution of experiments
  • Assist project leaders in project and experiment planning and organization

Key requirements:

  • BSc. or MSc. degree in chemistry, biotechnology, or a related field
  • Solid understanding of general laboratory procedures
  • Completion of a laboratory technician apprenticeship combined with a university degree is advantageous
  • Experience in bioconjugation, protein handling, and protein chromatography is a bonus
  • Keen attention to detail, commitment to quality, and proactive approach
  • Highly adaptable, reliable, and collaborative with strong teamwork abilities
  • Structured, focused, and well-organized work ethic; receptive to new ideas and suggestions; agile, motivated, and solution-driven
  • Fluency in German; proficient written and verbal communication skills in English
