Aufgaben
Sicherstellung für die termingerechte Assemblierung und Prüfung der PEC-Rechner, Bordline BC für die Serie-Produktion MOTR-PCH
\- Durchführung eines Klimatest für elektronische Geräte(PEC und Bordline BC) sowie deren Vor
- und nachtest koordinieren
\- Verantwortlich für die Abwicklung und Koordination der ausgefallenen PEC-Rechner und Bordline BC(z.B. Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklung usw.)
\- Unterhalt der Prüfadatper und Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit von diesen für die Klimatests
\- Zuständig für kleine Wartungsarbeiten an der bestehenden Prüfinfrastruktur (z.B. Filtermatten reinigen usw.)
\- Erstellung und Verfolgung von Qualitätsmeldungen (Lieferantenfehler)
Algemein
\- Administrativer Abschluss von Stundenabrechnungen via ERP-System
\- Sicherstellung für die Einhaltung der Betriebsordung im kompletten Box Build
**\- Einhaltung Leistungsvorgaben**: - Qualität; Montagerichtlinien, Weisungen, Prozesse
\- Nachführen der pers. Arbeitsunterlagen
\- aktive Mitwirkung an Prozessverbesserung (z.B. KVL)
Qualifikation
**Herausforderungen**:
\- Fachkenntnisse über die Systeme
\- Schnittstelle zu Prüfung, Konstruktion und Engineering
\- Selbständige Arbeitsweise
\- Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
**Profil**:
\- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Elektroniker EFZ, Automatiker EFZ ODER Quereinsteiger mit Mehrjähriger Erahrung in Elektronik / Schalbau
\- Lesen und Verstehen von technischen Zeichnungen
\- Selbständige Arbeitsweise, EDV Kenntnisse
\- Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
